Please note for events starting prior to 1pm lunch service and 7pm dinner service an agreed time for food service will need to be discussed with the venue manager prior to your event. Please indicate your preferred time, although we cannot guarantee this time allocation we will discuss options with you if not suitable to the operations of our bistro.

Terms and Conditions

To secure your booking we require a deposit of $250, please note we cannot guarantee your room until we have confirmation of this transaction. Please email a payment receipt to admin@railwayhotelwarragul.com with your name and date of event to secure the venue. Once received, this amount will be deducted from your function overall cost. Deposits are non refundable within 14 days of event cancellation.
